Hello! My name is Lynda Green and I am a dōTERRA® Essential Oils Wellness Advocate. I am also AromaTouch® Technique Certified which involves an essential oil application along the spine focusing on Stress Management, Immune System Support, Healthy Inflammatory Response, and restoring (ANS) Autonomic Nervous System Imbalance.

 

I live in Utah with my husband. We have 5 grown children & 8 grandkids. I began using essential oils in 2008 and I provide personalized care and guidance on how to use essential oils safely and effectively.

 

After some interesting experiences (scary), I became really interested in natural options and finding answers. So when I was introduced to this brand new company, I was IN! I was ALL IN!!! The more I learned about these amazing little drops, the more empowered I became and then when I realized that every essential oil has an emotional benefit to it as well, I was so intrigued and I was HOOKED! Now, I'm not saying, don't go to the Dr. or don't take medications, because we do need those things in our lives at times. The great thing is, if I feel a little stressed, I can reach for an oil. If I'm having a little tummy trouble, I reach for an oil that supports the digestive system and there are many more examples of that. I love being empowered!

 

I love being able to connect with people, to help people learn about essential oils and to help others become empowered as well! Especially when it comes to emotions. I think we all struggle from time to time with discouragement or stress, so why not grab an essential oil, take the lid off and breathe in that beautiful aroma!
